Dressing and Marinade

Oil and Rice Vinegar
Tip: The longer you let it sit in the fridge the more the oil and vinegar absorb the spices....the better the taste.

Use on top of any salad or Wrap as well as chicken and Meat.

1/2 cup expressed olive oil
1/2 cup organic rice vinegar
1/2 handful Cilantro
2 cloves minced garlic
1 1/2 TBL Basil
1 TBL oregano
2 TBL Black Pepper


You can change it up and get creative with the side ingredients and herbs.
Try adding mustard spice and honey instead of basil, oregano and cilantro.
or add ginger..... to all and any combinations
or take out all the spices & garlic and add mashed strawberries and honey.... for a berry vinaigrette.

Soy and Ginger

1/2 cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbls. Raw Graded Fresh Ginger
4 Tbls. Raw Organic Honey

Great for Marinade or/and as a dipping sauce for Raw Cabbage Wraps.
